Useful when launching a new business website, connecting a domain you already own or organizing enquiry addresses for a supported website. If you need full mailboxes, sending access or a specific email platform, explain that requirement before choosing a package.
We discuss a clear, relevant domain name and check the registration options available at the time of ordering. Availability can change until registration is completed. Premium names, reserved names and special registry requirements need separate assessment and are not assumed to be included.
The registration term, account arrangements, renewal responsibility and any transfer requirements should be understood before ordering. If you already own a domain, tell us where it is registered. Never send account passwords through a public enquiry form.
A forwarding address sends incoming messages to an inbox you already use. It is not a separate mailbox with storage, an independent inbox or automatic sending access. For example, an agreed business address can forward enquiries to your existing email account.
If you need to send messages using your domain, that may require a compatible email provider and additional setup. Website notification emails also have their own sending service. Existing DNS records and authentication settings must be considered before changes are made.

The Starter Pakistan package does not include a new domain and lists five business email forwarding addresses. Business includes one eligible standard .com, .pk or .com.pk domain for two years and ten forwarding addresses. These are forwarding services, not full mailboxes. Review the package page and agreed proposal for the final inclusions. Additional domains, premium registrations, mailbox subscriptions and sending services may cost extra.

Yes, subject to the agreed website setup. We review the registrar and DNS arrangements and explain the changes needed. Keeping the domain at your existing registrar may be possible; a transfer is not automatically required.
Forwarding by itself handles incoming mail. Sending as that address requires a compatible sending or mailbox setup and is not automatically included. Tell us how you want to send and receive before agreement.
No. The inclusion applies to one eligible standard .com, .pk or .com.pk domain for the stated term. Availability, registry requirements and premium names are checked separately before ordering.
Tell us about the existing service before any DNS changes. We consider its records as part of the connection plan. Moving the website should not be treated as permission to replace or delete your email setup.
